Customer Life Cycle

Establishing Trust and Goals with our clients is one of the most important facets of our business mantra.

Once the agreed Payment is made, client will determine where they want the physical assets delivered, vaulted, or securitized by Sovereign Mint

As part of the traditional way Sovereign Mint performs its business we believe in hands on face-to-face consultation with our Ultra High & High Net Worth Clients. as a part of this we would like to set for a typical "Life Cycle" a customer will go through when doing business with Sovereign Mint.

1. Through our website or by calling our offices a potential client will first schedule an appointment to meet with one of our consultants.

2. Once an appointment is made and a date & time is set & for security purposes the UHNW or HNW client will be asked to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" upon arrival so that all information is protected right from the very beginning. Even if you do not choose to use our services, your confidential information will always be kept that way.

3. During the process the client will discuss its requirements, needs wants and select a single or multiple services they require short term or long term from Sovereign Mint.

4. One the UHNW or HNW services are established and a Memorandum of Understanding will be executed by both parties which will include Timeline, Pricing, Agreed Services & Pricing.

5. Once the client meets with us face -to-face, they will fill out required AML & KYC forms to ensure credibility and safety for all involved.

6. Client will also open an account with Sovereign Mint at this time.

7. Forms of acceptable Payment are "Wire Transfer " or Credit Card (in person) transactions, we do not have a limit per transaction, we are only limited by our clients’ capabilities.

8. Once the agreed Payment is made, client will determine where they want the physical assets delivered, vaulted or securitized by Sovereign Mint

9. Once physical product is delivered or services are provided, the client transactional relationship is complete.
